I've only used AA1680 for subs. I've tried all the powders you listed to try and find some oomph for the cartridge.

Two things I did to make feeding smoother for the 195 MKZ was to make sure my feed ramps were smooth with a clean interface with the lower receiver, and used a magpul magazine that I disassembled to take a file to the forward ribs inside the magazine. These ribs are designed for .224 diameter bullets. By filing them down, the .30-cal bullets load straight in the magazine and do not tilt to the inside which can cause feeding issues. With VLD bullets used for subs, the ogive is so slender it doesn't cause any interference.

The 195 MKZ is opening in flight from a 1/5. I have tested two 1/5 twist barrels (one 6” the other 6.25”) and the results are the same.
Obviously this is not safe to shoot through a can…. My poor mystic X is now off for a recore.
ALWAYS test stability with subs with no can… because this gun uses a tucked can and stabilized 220 ELDX, I assumed the MKZ would be fine. I was wrong. I did not expect the petals to open leaving the barrel.

Velo is in the 950fps range (as it tumbled through the chrony).

Barrels used: Faxon and KAK “Baby Blonde”

Thats why you always check before putting the can on the gun.
Also test at 10’ on paper after can is on . I have seen bullets print round without and the installation of can make them unstable . I don’t continue to shoot a load that doesn’t print round out to at least 50 yards.

I should have added, I shot a ladder of 195mkz loads. None of them locked the bolt back. My loads started at right around 1000 fps and progressed to just above 1100 fps. I do get the bolt to lock back on Barry’s 220gr. This is a 8.5” pistol length gas system with a standard carbine buffer and spring. Being that it was an initial ladder I did not have the suppressor on.

Also seeing as the only point to this round in this caliber is to shoot with the suppressor, I’m assuming the suppressor will result in the bolt locking back, just haven’t had the chance to test yet. Just sharing feedback in case it helps anyone else.

Good information. Yes, I believe you should have more gas to cycle with the suppressor.
