Which would you choose for hunting deer sized game? 130 NBT @ 2750fps MV or SST @ 2850fps MV?

what powder are you using with the 130NBT, and what COAL are you loading to? I haven't seen anyone loading the 130nbt's to 2750 in the 6.8
This is with a 270AR
130NBT hands down. The jacket is much thicker than the SST.

SSTs perform like varmint loads at higher MVs.

makes sense now, it was in the 6.8spc reloading section so I was assuming it was 6.8

as for 1 vs the other, I agree the NBT is a good hunting bullet---I run it in my 270winchester at 3000fps and it works great on pronghorn and mulies--never tried the SST in that rifle though

I'm not sure if the sst has it, but the NBT has a fairly thick solid copper base that helps retain some weight if the jacket separates from the core (as it is a cup/core bullet)
