Part of the bullet info gathering threads. No questions or commentary; start another thread if you need to. Please just post the facts or your experience with the bullets. How they performed on game, the accuracy of the bullet, load data, etc...

If you don't have any experience please let those that do provide the info for others to learn from.

Match Grade Hunting Projectiles

Opening speed range 2800 feet per second to 1400 feet per second.

Ballistic Coefficient - .423 G1

Projectile Length - 1.21 in, 30.73mm

Please forgive me if this is a stupid question.....but why is there no load information shared for this bullet?

Start 25.5 grains AA2200.
Other powders send me a PM.
There is quite a bit of info if you do a search.
Also look in the CBB section.

Played around with some CFE223 I had laying around today. Ladder from 29.6 - 32.3 grains @ 2.305 COAL. Federal brass (36.5 grains H2O capacity measured). Velocity numbers came from my Labradar.

18" ARP 3R (AR-15)
Low: 2371
High: 2503 @ 32.3 grains. Warm, but still some overhead left. Going to load a ladder from 32 - 33 grains.

There was an absolutely massive node from 30.2 - 31.4 grains, all 5 shots were between 2439 - 2445. Too slow for my liking, but if you need a hyper-accurate load, might be worth a look. Going to give IMR 3031 a shot loading long. Quickload looks promising, if I can get the powder to stack in the case in an orderly manner.
