Part of the bullet info gathering threads. No questions or commentary; start another thread if you need to. Please just post the facts or your experience with the bullets. How they performed on game, the accuracy of the bullet, load data, etc...

If you don't have any experience please let those that do have experience provide the info for others to learn from.

TLM, great pictures but the bullet performance you show is for the 120 MKZ, the hunting version. I believe this thread is for the 120 TMT (Tactical Match Target) which is design not to expand plus have a higher BC than the 120 MKZ. I am finding good accurracy with all the Cavity Back Bullets (CCBs). I'm still exploring the performance of the 120 TMT. Below is a picture of how the bullet is designed for the 6.8mm case neck from mag length to loading long. You can load even longer than I have shown if your freebore/throat allows it. I have found that the grooves improve neck tension.

Anyone have data yet? I know you all are buying Yama out of stock, share you experience with this for the record. I suspect it will be close to the 120SST data, but came here thinking there would be much more. Thanks!

Best group of today's OCW test.

Next is to test seating depth to fine tune, I may also explore higher charges as pressure signs were still acceptable in 85° sun.

Thanks, this was shot from a bipod with no rear bag on a concrete bench. My gun is set up for prone, so I'm sure I could tighten it up significantly from prone, but the range I shot at doesn't allow prone shooting. I started at 30.7gr and went in 0.3gr steps to 32.5gr. Had acceptable pressure signs at 32.5 and I think I might explore a bit higher in smaller steps as groups were starting to shrink up again.

I figured I should reload this image since photobucket has given everyone the boot.

I did some 200m testing of this load yesterday after my final string in a match, I shot the same size group at 200m prone! I couldn't get any pics as they left the range hot after the match. This load is showing some great promise. It was only 1 minute lower than my 110hpbt load. I put 7 rounds into <1" on steel, after about the 4th rounds we couldn't really spot them anymore as the black mark just covered them.

Yesterday's conditions, 100°F, 5-7mph wind from 10 o'clock, heavy mirage, prone from Harris bipod, no rear bag.
